“I do…”

Heidi has 30 years of experience in speaking, teaching, curriculum design, coaching, counseling, and consulting.  She co-owns, with her sister Tanya, a contemporary training firm, Spherica llc. Their firm develops and delivers customized instructional programs for audiences across Fortune 500 corporations, academic institutions, not-for-profits, and healthcare organizations.

Heidi’s known for her keen insight into human nature, thought processes and behavior.  This is out of her depth and breadth of experience with distinctly diverse individuals and groups – global leadership teams, at-risk teens and inner-city gangs, academic faculty and medical staff, trauma survivors, and adult and youth navigating real-world distress, anxiety, anger, and more. Whether working with teens in their elements, inspiring audiences in keynote presentations, guiding team coaching and instructional sessions, or leading highly-charged interactions in executive boardrooms – Heidi facilitates candid, intellectual, and meaningful dialogue. She inspires deeper awareness and thought-provoking insight. And, she engages audiences in powerful, yet fun ways to turn awareness into action and to translate who we all are on the inside as human beings into what we do to the outside world at large.

Heidi is recognized for her deep compassion for people and their unique experiences. This fuels her relentless passion for her work with human beings of all ages and from all walks of life. She’s so grateful to have served as a direct coach to numerous CEOs and their executive management teams from various International corporations and firms. Building on her experience, she is currently engaged in creating and delivering plenaries, workshops and intensive programs in stress and inner resilience, mind focus and presence, authentic connection and communication, and positive mindedness.

Post receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Miami University, she obtained her Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University. On the days she’s not teaching, she spends her work hours delved into research and instructional design.  During hours outside of work, she is always seen with pen and paper. First published with her sister in 2007, she is working on several other manuscripts. Outside of her career, she spends time with her loved ones, including her furry children – and she travel, music and the fine arts, ta good book, and sitting by the fire or soaking up the sunshine.
